China Kitchen Hangzhou is a Chinese restaurant located near Mishima Taisha Shrine that serves authentic Chinese cuisine at reasonable prices. The super-spicy and delicious authentic tantanmen noodles made by the Chinese owner have been featured in various gourmet magazines, and Hangzhou has also been featured on Shizuoka Asahi TV's "Tobikkiri Shokudo," TV Shizuoka's "Kusa Deka," and in various newspapers.

The owner trained in Yokohama Chinatown and has been involved in Chinese cuisine for half a century. The owner's recommended dish is the authentic tantanmen, which uses more than 20 kinds of spices and is made from scratch with seasonings such as sweet bean sauce, sesame sauce, and chili oil, and the sweet bean sauce gives it a sweet and rich flavor.

All other menu items are also made from scratch with seasonings that are original to Hangzhou, so please enjoy their flavor.

We strive to provide cheap and delicious authentic Chinese food for lunch and dinner to tourists visiting Mishima Taisha Shrine and business people. Although we are a small shop, please feel free to drop by.

This extremely spicy and delicious tantan noodles was featured on Shizuoka Asahi Television's "Tobikkiri Shokudo" and has received rave reviews.

 The seasonings, such as sweet bean sauce, sesame sauce, and chili oil, are all handmade from scratch, and more than 20 kinds of spices are used, with the sweet bean sauce giving the noodles a sweet and rich taste. We will cook it to your liking, from very spicy to medium spicy. The version with soup is 1,000 yen (tax included).

Nowadays, the name "Yulin Chicken" is well known to everyone. The skin of the chicken is crispy and the inside is juicy, making it an irresistible food that goes well with rice and alcohol. It is not at all heavy due to deep frying, and has a refined sweet and spicy taste with a hint of vinegar.

 At first glance it looks like an ordinary braised pork, but it is a masterpiece that requires a lot of time and effort. It is an elaborate braised pork that takes 3 hours and 4 steps: boiling, marinating, frying, and steaming. It is finished with carefully selected spices and seasonings. There is also a braised pork rice dish: 1,100 yen (tax included).

 There are many eggplant dishes, but we are confident that more than 90% of our customers are satisfied with this dish. Our fried eggplant is not "Mapo eggplant." It is a seasoning representative of Sichuan cuisine that is most suitable for Japanese people.

 This is also a standard dish at Sichuan restaurants and is often ordered by Japanese people. The main ingredient, sweet miso (tianmianjiang), is made in-house.

At lunchtime, it costs 1,000 yen with soup. It's a dish you can't find at other restaurants. I'm not going to lie about how much I love it, but no one who has eaten it has said they disliked it. Pork is boiled in soy sauce, sugar, and flavorings for about an hour, and topped with bean sprouts, pickled mustard greens, and a soft-boiled egg.
